I was testing a new color scheme, i spend about 1 hour on it. Constructive comments are very welcome, since I feel like there is something wrong with it but I can't figure out what it is.

I like the range of colors that you used here. I don't really think that there is anything "wrong" with it, but it definitely feels like you could polish it up a bit. Some of the areas look like they could be smoothed out a little bit more, like the birds body, the wings on the girl and the leaves and bark on the tree. Right now they look a little bit rough and scratchy.
Also, I think there are definitely ways to improve the birds feathers. Right now, the line strokes you have give off the appearance of fur or hair, not feathers. If they were thicker or fluffier I think it would help. Or else, if you could find a feather brush or something, I'm not quite sure.
The clouds in the front are very nice, you have a lot of shading and highlights, and the contrast between the dark clouds on the right are nice when put up against the warm yellow clouds on the right. However, the clouds in the back look incomplete when compared to these. There's less shading on them, and some of them are too translucent. Plus the moon/planet in the sky doesn't have enough shading or craters in it for me to distinguish that it wasn't just an oddly shaped cloud.
